(01/13/15) Elaine M. Nardella, 75, of Johnston passed away on Sunday, January 11, 2015 at home. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Louis and Elvira (Costible) Nardella. She enjoyed volunteering for Meals on Wheels, shopping and delivering flowers for the West Bay Residential Program. She participated in the Special Olympics. She is survived by several cousins including her devoted and loving cousins Gerry M. Kashmanian and her late husband John and their family of North Providence and Ann D. and Henry Courtemanche and their family of Johnston. A Special Thanks to the West Bay Residential Program and its staff at 6 Dawn Drive in Johnston – especially Bernadette Rouse, the group home manager, for her love and dedication. Relatives and friends are invited to Visitation on Thursday from 10:30-11:30 am followed by a Funeral Service at 11:30 am in THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Warwick (Exit 12A on I-95). Burial will follow in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence.
