(06/18/15) VANLUVAN, Kenneth E., Jr., 82, of Kent Drive, East Greenwich, passed away, Sunday, June 14, 2015 at home. Born in Providence, a son of the late Kenneth E. and Anna (Prata) Vanluvan. Mr. Vanluvan was employed at California Artificial Flowers for many years and was a State of RI Constable for 24 years. He was a Korean War Army Veteran, a member of the West Warwick American Legion Post 2, Tri-City Lodge of Elks BPOE #14 and the RI Constable Association. He is survived by his companion of 17 years, Julie McGee; a son, Kenneth M. Vanluvan and his wife Nina of Medford, MA; a daughter, Deborah Morris and her husband Allen of Coventry; two sisters, Wilma Reynolds of Spokane, WA and Marlene Chase of San Diego, CA; four grandchildren, Natachee, Allen, Jr., and Chenoa Morris, Joy Vanluvan, Alisha McGee and Erika Weishar and eight great grandchildren, Gabriella, Orrin, III and Sofia Cahoone, Ariana Floyd, Maddison, Olivia, Sofia and JJ Weisher. He was the step-son of the late Helen Vanluvan. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Military Honors on Friday, June 19, 2015 at 11:30 am in RI Veterans Cemetery Chapel, South County Trail, Exeter (guests are requested to arrive at 11:15 am and gather in the Administration Bldg. parking area) Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
