(05/12/14) SPAZIANO, MAFALDA A. \”Muffy\” (Casali) 95 passed away peacefully May 11, 2014 at home. She was the beloved wife of the late James \”Jackie\” Spaziano. Born in Providence a daughter of the late Antonio and Teresa (Bertorelli) Casali. Mrs Spaziano worked at the School Lunch Program for the City of Providence before retiring. She is survived by her beloved daughters Janet M. Westerman and Carol A. Spaziano. Loving grandmother of Teresa Malin, Judah Malin, James Duffy , Tiffany Duffy and Brandon Westerman, and loving great grandmother of 4 grandsons. Sister of Charles and Albert Casali and Marinia DiScuillo. Her funeral is Wednesday at 9 a.m. from \’\’WOODLAWN\’\’ Funeral Home 600 Pontiac Ave. Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in the Holy Ghost Church, Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann\’s Cemetery. VISITATION WEDNESDAY MORNING 8-9 A.M. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Mary\’s Star of the Sea Church Narragansett Homebound Care or American Heart Association.
