(06/28/14) Estelle A. (Hockenhull) French, 88, of Warwick, died peacefully on Friday, June 27, 2014 at Brentwood Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late William French. Born in Warwick she was a daughter of the late Charles H. Hockenhull and Jane E. (Lambert) Hockenhull. Mrs. French was a Homemaker and Communicant of All Saints Episcopal Church. She enjoyed playing golf, bowling, and was an avid sports enthusiast. She leaves her two loving children: Gary S. French of Warwick and Gail S. Moran and her husband Patrick. Cherished grandmother of Kerri Pacheco, Jason Moran, and great-grandmother of Adrianna, Tyler, Steve, Cody, and Zachary. She was the sister of the late Albert E. Hockenhull, John C. \”Chick\” Hockenhull, Robert H. Hockenhull, Ellen A. Almberg, M. Elizabeth Anderson, and Gertrude Austin. Her Funeral will be held Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at 11:30 am from THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Ave., Route 5, Warwick (Exit 12A off I-95) with a Requiem Eucharist at 12:30 pm in All Saints Episcopal Church, 111 Greenwich Ave., Warwick. Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery, Warwick. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home on Monday from 4:00-8:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, gifts in her memory to All Saints Episcopal Church will be appreciated.
