(09/29/14) Diane L. (Platt) Sewell Auclair, 61, of Somerset, formerly of Fall River, widow of Armand R. Auclair, Jr., died Monday, September 29, 2014. A BMC Durfee High School graduate, she was manager of Finish Master, Fall River. She leaves her mother-in-law Mary (Bradbury) Sewell of Fall River; her stepson, Gerald A. “Jerry” Auclair of Newport, RI and cousins. She was the former wife of the late Hugh Sewell and the daughter of the late Albert and Jeanne (Miranda) Platt. Her funeral will be held Thursday at 9:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River with a funeral mass at Holy Trinity Church, Fall River, at 10:00 AM. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation, Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM.
