(10/24/14) LAMB, John H. “Jack”, 86, of West Warwick, passed away Wednesday evening, Oct. 22, 2014, at Kent Hospital. He was the husband of the late Celia M. (Lesniak) Lamb. Born in West Warwick, a son of the late James and Mary Agnes (Lamb) Lamb. He was a lifelong resident of West Warwick. Mr. Lamb was an inspector with the RI DMV for many years before retiring. He was an Army Veteran during the Korean War and a communicant of St. Mary Church. He leaves two children, John R. “Ron” Lamb and his wife Kathleen of Coventry and Deborah A. Gamelin and her husband James of Coventry and two grandsons, Jeffrey and David Gamelin. He was the brother of the late James E. Lamb and Anna Noel. His funeral will be held Monday, Oct. 27, 2014 at 9 am from the HENAULT-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 5 Eddy St., West Warwick. A Concelebrated Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 am in St. Mary Church, Church St., West Warwick. Interment will follow with military honors in the parish cemetery.
