(02/24/15) McLaughlin, Dorothy H. (Duggan), formerly of Poplar Drive, passed away Friday evening, Feb. 20, 2015. She was the wife of the late William J. McLaughlin. Born in Cranston, she was the daughter of the late Vincent and Dorothy (McCahey) Duggan. Mrs. McLaughlin was a secretary at New England Telephone Company in Providence for many years before retiring.
