(06/17/14) LINGE, Everett V., Jr., 88, formerly of Cranston, passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2014. He was the beloved husband of the late Joan E. (Ayotte) Linge. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Everett V. Linge, Sr. and Margaret (Dolan) Linge. He was the loving and devoted father of Margaret A. Coley of Myrtle Beach, SC, Nancy E. Wintersteen of Lincoln, RI, Susan J. Laberge and her husband Fred of Bristol, CT and Jane L. McDonough and her husband Jim of Boston, MA. He also leaves a sister, Margaret Brown of Columbia, SC, eleven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late John and William Linge. Mr. Linge was a banker and business proprietor for many years before retiring. He was a WWII Navy Veteran, enjoyed golfing, dancing and spending time with his family and friends. Visitation will be held Friday, June 20, 2014 from 10-11 am in the HENAULT-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 5 Eddy St., West Warwick followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 am in SS. John & Paul Church, South Main St., Coventry. Interment with military honors will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Greenwich.
